Who recently retired from the City of Winnipeg Assessment & Taxation Department. Darlene and Gerry both served on the AAOM Executive. We wish them the best of luck in their future endeavors! Many accredited members who retire from the Assessment Departments of the City or Province, continue their membership in the Association. This allows them to use their AAM designation if they decide to keep on working in the assessment/appraisal fields.

Welcome New Member Marc Connelly – Steinbach Province of Manitoba – Assessment Services Our condolences: To the family of Jim Tease, an accredited member of the AAOM for many years and President in 1963. Jim passed away in January, 2012 at the age of 89. He received an Honorary membership in the AAOM after retiring from the Provincial Assessment Department.
