Red River College is again offering opportunities for anyone interested in getting into our valuation profession. Being offered are BUSI 121 & BUSI 330 (slight name change at RRC) which are the courses needed to start the Certificate in Real Property Assessment; the Diploma in Urban Land Economics or the two courses needed in combination with a post-secondary Diploma or Degree for the Field Assistant position with the City of Winnipeg.
Course BUSA-1330 will be offered in September on Tuesday evenings from 6-10 at RRC downtown campus. This will provide “students” the opportunity to attend a once a week class and not just work on your own with a traditional UBC distance education course. The schedule for the BUSA-1121 is still to be announced.
