CPD Opportunity – AIC Workshop

George Dell’s Stats, Graphs and Data Science 1

Hello AAOM Members,

AIC Manitoba has extended this CPD opportunity to AAOM members. Taught by renowned instructor George Dell of San Diego, California, Stats, Graphs, and Data Science explains the new “Evidence Based Valuation” model. See how to bullet-proof your data selection and adjustments. Combine these simple but effective tools with your market knowledge and traditional appraiser training. Hear and feel the promise of how this “new valuation modeling paradigm” restores professional pride, contribution, with increased income. This is a 14-hour hands-on class over two days in classroom. You learn to apply these powerful tools right away. This is not more hype, but hard science. Learn to specify and explain market uncertainty, not avoid it.

Date: May 10 – May 11, 2023 (8:30AM-4:30PM both days)

Location: Winnipeg Real Estate Board Office – 1240 Portage Ave, Winnipeg, MB

Cost: $440
